Hey sis,
I hope you have a wonderful week! Often, ambitious people face immense pressure to always be visible, always be on, always ‘take one for the team’, and always prove something. But you don’t have to, sis. Some seasons look like saying No, taking a step back, redefining your relationship with success, and finally resting. And that’s perfectly okay.

A quick note
When we think about networking, it often centres on what we can get from others. Not what we ourselves can give to them. I recently had to think about my journey through networking and building relationships in professional spaces, and no shocker: it started from generosity. I wanted to share all that I knew with everyone.
So before sending that cold email, asking to pick the other person’s brain, or walking up to a speaker after a seminar, think: What value am I bringing to this interaction?
A few opportunities I’m especially excited about this week:
Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) Women in STEM Traineeship (Abuja) - For women who have graduated in the last three years.
