I am so excited to share that applications for the Sisterly HQ Interns Program are now live! A recap of the program: This is a paid, eight-week remote internship for young women based in Lagos. Interns will receive pre-program training, receive mentorship, and gain practical experience with our host organisations.

World Bank Treasury Internship: Treasury Summer Interns will work full-time for ten weeks, from May 26 through August 3, 2026, in Washington, DC. Interns join on a short-term temporary contract and are paid $21.80 per hour for 400 hours. The World Bank sponsors the appropriate visa to work in the United States. We spoke with Precious Ozegbe, a 2023 intern here. It’s filled with real steps, tips and practical advice!
Bank of America Career Day: On September 22 in Lagos, Bank of America will host 120 penultimate students for a transformative experience that includes direct engagement with senior executives, breakout sessions on global careers in finance, networking opportunities with industry leaders, and application support and Q/A for the 2026 summer internships.
Field Coordinator at Terre des hommes (Benue): A minimum of 5 years in similar positions or in senior management experience in an NGO environment. Experience directing and implementing protection programs, especially for GBV survivors and children. Gross monthly salary between 5000 CHF and 5800.
Flourish Creators Fellowship: A virtual fellowship designed to equip 10 talented young Africans with professional video editing skills on creative effect video using CapCut. The most outstanding project will win a £100 cash prize!
Senior Auditor (Internal & External) at New Incentives: BSc in Accounting or Finance, or Social Sciences disciplines. A Professional certification (such as ICAN, ACCA or CFE) would be a bonus. 3 - 5 years of prior experience working in Audit and Investigation or Compliance Units.
NNPC - SNEPCo National University Scholarship Award: It provides a yearly grant to the successful applicants from their second year to the completion of their undergraduate degree programme.
Senior Product Engineer (Frontend) - Growth at Buffer (Remote): You have solid experience building interactive, user-facing applications with modern web tech - They use React, TypeScript, and GraphQL, but they care more about your ability to reason well and learn quickly than a specific stack. Salary is $156.5 - $202.3K.
Sydani Fellowship Program: The program offers an opportunity for aspiring professionals to break into the dynamic world of consulting. It combines in-class training, on-the-job mentoring, group projects, and expert mentorship for a comprehensive development experience.
Coca-Cola Nigeria Technical Trainee Program: A hands-on practical training of the company’s production processes, a monthly stipend, and a career development opportunity for selected candidates. Have a minimum of an OND in Engineering.
Africa Macroeconomic Analysts Program: The program empowers young African students to think critically about global and local economic issues and their implications for governments and societies. Open to final-year undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or related social sciences.
Institut Francais Residency Programme: Open to artists and cultural professionals who wish to develop a research and creative project in Paris, during a residency of three, six or nine months.
Youth Engagement Coordinator - RIVET (Remote): You’re gifted at bringing people together, both online and offline, as well as making spaces feel vibrant, safe, and purposeful. You’re culturally fluent and relational at your core. You thrive in ambiguity and love co-creating systems from scratch. $3,000 USD/month.
National Geographic Society & The Nature Conservancy Marine and Community Conservation Externship: Candidates should be between the ages of 18-25 and have an interest in learning about introductory approaches to conservation and careers in conservation. $500 stipend.
