This is just one of the valuable tips Oluwadamilola Akintewe shared at the Maximizing Opportunities session on LinkedIn this week. I was the host but my notes were so full. It was amazing!

To Our Bodies: Perfection Is Embedded In Us - Olubanke Favour
In this story, Olubanke writes about the journey to loving her body. Her small body does not fit society's or the media’s standards of a perfect shape. She shares being asked unnecessary questions by strangers and body-shaming slurs being yelled at her by a horde of university boys.
These days, she is comfortable and confident in her body. No amount of bants or rude comments can change that.
She wants you to be confident too.
“To every woman reading this, whether you have thunder thighs or slender arms, perfection is embedded in you. You must never forget that.”
