In this story, Favour shares her insights and experiences as a 2024 investment banking Summer Analyst at Bank of America, United Kingdom. She also shares tips for future applicants.
‘I wanted to be at the heart of facilitating deals on a global scale. In terms of the steps I took, I networked a lot and reached out to investment banking analysts and associates at different global banks, as well as previous summer analysts to understand the industry and how to position myself.’

Research and Content Intern – Data Feminism Program at Data-Pop Alliance (Remote): Strong interest in research at the intersection of international development and gender equality, proven by previous academic projects or volunteer work of professional experience. 500 USD per month.
EarthON Climate Fellowship: A 10-month program for founders from climate-vulnerable regions and high-impact, low-access geographical areas. Fellows will receive $5000, non-financial support and mentorship.
Intern, Effective Institutions Project (Remote): A demonstrated ability and willingness to take initiative and work independently. Strong writing skills and ability to communicate clearly. Compensation is $15/hr.
