Hey sis,
Happy new month! I can’t believe that it’s already December. Where did this year fly to? Whether you discovered Sisterly HQ in 2021 when we kicked off or signed up for this newsletter yesterday (and of course, everything in between), I am so grateful for every one of you sisters reading this. And I am so proud of you. You said yes to more opportunities and growth, even though it was new and maybe scary. And regardless of how 2023 has gone so far, you are still standing.
Sis, tell me you attended our Office Hours session with Yvonne Alozie Obi yesterday. If you didn’t, you missed o! This is what one of the participants said: ‘It was so inspiring. I’m literally so pumped. I feel like I’m ready to face my fears right now.’ As always, Yvonne brought expertise, practical tips, and advice, as well as her own experiences building high-value skills to the conversation. You should catch up, sis. Watch here.
Our fully-funded scholarship offer to take a filmmaking course at the KAP Film and Television Academy is still open! Apply here.
