Toyosi's Oxford scholarship story, 4 million naira grants, a publishing internship and $12000 in prizes for students!
5 minutes read
Hey sis,
How are you doing? After the hustle and bustle of this week, I hope you have some time to breathe, be still and be present this weekend. You deserve your rest, sis.
This week, I got the best notification from one of our sisters, Jennifer. It made my entire day! She was quite frustrated by an internship application that wasn’t working out due to a technical issue. So she decided to take a step back and check her mail. Guess what was waiting for her? Congratulations! She got into the Social Star Initiative. The same day she couldn’t figure out another opportunity.
Sisters, I know that applying for opportunities can be frustrating sometimes. But today’s No can be a Yes tomorrow. Don’t give up. Keep improving and applying. Your yes is coming soon. I hope Jennifer’s story encourages you.
